Reviews and Ratings
We had a decent stay overall, with some highlights and a few letdowns. The hotel was clean and had a lovely view from our room, which made it pleasant. However, the dining experience was a tad disappointing with average food quality, and the beds could definitely use an upgrade. Despite this, we enjoyed our time and would consider coming back.
We had a pleasant stay at Riveredge, enjoying a nice view of the harbor from our king bedroom. The hotel is well-maintained but feels a bit dated. The dining options were good, especially with the beautiful view overlooking Boldt Castle, but the outdoor pool was unfortunately out of commission. Overall, it's a solid option but could use some updates to truly shine.
I booked a last-minute stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the two-level room with a jacuzzi and a lovely balcony view of the marina. However, the decor felt quite dated, and the bar area could use some updates. The staff were friendly, but I didn't have the chance to try breakfast due to an early departure.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. I loved the beautiful view from my room and the spacious loft setup, but the cleanliness and comfort left much to be desired. The service was hit or miss, especially when it came to dining, which was overpriced for the quality. Overall, it's a decent place for a short getaway, but I wouldn't prioritize it for an extended stay.
My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at Riveredge while planning our wedding at Boldt Castle. The staff, especially Justin Mann, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The resort was clean with a stunning view and within walking distance of downtown Alexandria Bay. However, some areas feel a bit dated, needing updates to match the scenic beauty around the property.
